Elecite Tips
I’ve downloaded and installed an Elecite product but the installation process was unsuccessful?
Elecite themes are designed for BlackBerry devices running operating system version 4.5 or higher. You can check which version you have installed by going to Options>About. If the current version is lower than 4.5 then you must update your device before installing an Elecite product. If you get an error that reads “invalid COD or time out,” then contact us and we will quickly re-send you a new link!
I have not received my download email or the download link I received does not work?
You can re-send the link from “My Account” otherwise, contact us at support@elecite.com with your BlackBerry model, theme name, and order number.
Error COD NOT FOUND or Invalid COD or COD missing or COD 907
This happens when you download the jad file onto your computer, transfer the file to your device and try to open the .jad installer. This method will not work as Elecite products are direct download only.
