Elecite products are ONLY available as a direct download. This means you must have an internet/data plan on your BlackBerry in order to install themes directly. Computer downloads are not available.
Before purchasing an Elecite product, make sure that your BlackBerry device is running operating system v4.5 or higher. You can check which version you currently have by going to Options>About on your device. Upgrading to at least v4.5 is highly recommended as it adds new features that earlier version do not support.

How do I upgrade my BlackBerry?

Download and install the latest version of Desktop Manager software from BlackBerry. Use a USB cable to connect your device to the computer and open Desktop Manager. Now is a good time to run the backup wizard if you wish to keep your device data. To proceed, open Desktop Manager and navigate to Application Loader > Update Software and follow the instructions to update your device.
I purchased a different BlackBerry device. Can I get new links?
Yes. You can get new links for a different BlackBerry model than the one you initially purchased, from your account.
