Please read the following before sending email requests!
Before purchasing any elecite.com theme, make sure that your BlackBerry device is running operating system version 4.5 or higher. You can check which version you have installed by going to Options>About. Lower versions are not supported and you will have to upgrade before installing elecite.com themes.
NOTE: Elecite.com themes are ONLY available OTA, meaning you must have an internet/data plan on your BlackBerry in order to install themes. PC download is not available.

How do I install elecite.com themes?
After purchase is complete, you will be emailed the download link. This is an Over-The-Air file, meaning that you must open the download link using your BlackBerry device. As soon as the link is opened using your BlackBerry device installation will begin.
How do I install themes using a PC?
It is NOT possible to install elecite.com themes using a PC! Only users with a internet/data plan on their BlackBerry devices can download elecite.com themes.
I installed the theme, it's under Applications but it does not show up under Options>Themes?
After installing the theme, remove and reinsert the battery in order to refresh the device. The theme will then be selectable from the Options>Themes list. If it still does not work, then you will need to upgrade your BlackBerry device to at least version 4.5. Also, the preset Dimension Today, L, and Zen themes must be installed. If you are missing any of these themes then you will need to reinstall your operating system or upgrade.

Elecite.com themes are designed for BlackBerry devices running operating system version 4.5 or higher. You can check which version you have installed by going to Options>About. If the current version is lower than 4.5 then you must update your device before installing any elecite.com themes.
I received an email with a link to a .jad file, how do install using this filetype?
This is an Over-The-Air file meaning that you must open the download link using your BlackBerry device. Elecite.com themes are only available for BlackBerry users who are using the BlackBerry Internet plan (data plan), since it is required to open the .jad download link.
I have not received my download email or the download link I received does not work?
Contact us at info (at) elecite (dot) com with your BlackBerry model, theme name, and order number.
Can I swap my theme or upgrade?
No, once you have purchased a theme you cannot request a different theme instead. If a newer version of your theme is available, you will be required to purchase it separately.
I’d like to request a refund?
Email us at info (at) elecite (dot) com include your order number and the reason for a refund.
Note: Refunds are available ONLY if there's an issue and the theme won't function right and will NOT be issued for any of the following reasons:
1. I don't like the theme (please view screenshots/videos before purchasing a product)
2. I am not running OS 4.5 and my theme won't work (Be sure to ALWAYS check your OS version before purchasing a theme on elecite). It is stated very clearly on every theme preview page which OS you MUST have installed.
3. I do not have BlackBerry internet.

Sorry we cannot resend a theme. Always remember to backup your BlackBerry device.
Can I customize 'TODAY' icons? (Such as Calendar, Call Log, etc with sub text entries)
Usually those are the two smaller icons that appear on the middle/left side of the screen to show Calendar events, missed calls or received messages/emails. Those are the standard TODAY icons and just like on any other theme, they cannot be changed.
